• Adults (Ages 18+): Must execute the Adult Participant Liability Waiver & Consent Form under the Muluki Devani Samhita 2074.
• Minors (Ages 12–17): Must have the Youth Participant Consent, Waiver & Indemnity Form executed on their behalf by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Booking Inquiry & WhatsApp Redirect Process

2.1 Redirect Functionality: When you select a package, date, time, or custom option on this website, the platform generates a pre-formatted message and redirects you to our official WhatsApp channel.

2.2 No Automated Confirmation: Submitting an inquiry or initiating a WhatsApp redirect does not constitute a confirmed booking or reservation.

2.3 Finalization of Reservation: Reservations, time slots, pricing, and payment instructions (e.g., direct bank transfer or QR payment) are confirmed and finalized exclusively through direct communication with our staff on WhatsApp.

3. Participation Eligibility & Age Requirements

While inquiries may be initiated online, entry into the physical facility is strictly subject to the following criteria:

• Adults (18+): Eligible to book, sign waivers, and participate independently.
• Minors (12–17 Years): Eligible to participate provided a parent or legal guardian signs the Youth Participant Waiver. For participants aged 12–15, the parent/guardian MUST remain physically present on the facility premises for the entire session. Participants aged 16–17 may participate once parental waiver execution is verified by staff.
• Under 12 Exclusion: Individuals under 12 years of age are strictly prohibited from participating in smash activities.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Direct Inquiries)

4.1 Any cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of a confirmed reservation must be communicated directly to our staff via WhatsApp or phone.

4.2 Specific cancellation windows or deposit terms agreed upon during your WhatsApp booking conversation will govern your reservation.
